Caitlynn founded Planning With Pedana in 2021, inspired by her own wedding experience. With a background in planning, coordinating, leadership and management, Caitlynn is passionate about delivering a unique and unforgettable wedding planning experience. As a former teacher and now a stay-at-home mom of two little ones, she's mastered the art of multitasking.

By day, Caitlynn balances the busy life of raising her children and by night she's dedicated to wedding planning - meeting with current and potential brides, reviewing details, and ensuring every aspect of the big day is flawlessly prepared. Known for her energetic and enthusiastic attitude, Caitlynn's top priority is clear communiction, listening closely to her clients' desires, and executing a seamless, stress-free events that allow couples to focus on what truly matters: celebrating their love.  Having been a recent bride herself, she understands the importance of even the smallest details and ensures they are given the attention they deserve. She's committed to creating weddings as unique as the love stories behind them. 

Lizz joined Planning With Pedana in 2023. With experience in leadership and management, Lizz prides herself on delivering excellent services on the day of your wedding. Lizz is creative and has an energetic attitude that while managing the multiple and simultaneous tasks to ensure your day is just as imagined. Her priority is executing your vision so that you can truly enjoy and stay present on your day.

 

Lizz is currently celebrating her own recent engagement from this past summer with her fiance and two cats! During the day she works as an eating disorder Registered Dietitian. In her free time, you'll find her painting or playing softball. And by night, she's getting on the dance floor getting the party started! 

Taylor joined Planning With Pedana in 2024. With experience in planning, leadership coordination and management, Taylor prides herself in delivering excellent services in order to bring you and the people you love the most together in an elevated experience to remember and cherish for a lifetime. Taylor has a larger than life personality to make sure you feel as open and comfortable as possible when executing your vision to make sure your day is pure magic. She loves the magic of love, and wil use her creativity, energy and intuitive attitude to ensure your day is seamless, memorable and filled with inspiration as you write the first page in your chapter of your happily ever after. 

 

Taylor is a yogi, a dog mom to her 3 Golden Retrievers, and an avid summer girl. In her free time you'll find her following the sun whether to the beach or to the mountains, exploring local farmers markets and in her truest Leo nature charging her battery by finding where the people are! By day she is a high school English teacher, and by night she teaches yoga as a registered yoga teacher. Taylor's greatest passion is helping people see the lessons in the situation they are face with, and sprinkling positivity wherever she goes.  

Brianna joined Planning With Pedana in 2024, bringing her expertise, passion and meticulous attention to detail to every couple's big day. She prides herself on being calm under pressure, ensuring that every wedding flows smoothly from start to finish. Her ability to anticipate needs and manage all the moving parts of a wedding ensures that each event is as special and unique as the couples themselves.

When Brianna is not coordinating weddings, she enjoys spending time with her family, husband, two boys, along with her dog and two cats. She's also a lover of the water and can often be found kayaking or relaxing by the beach. In addition to her work as a wedding coordinator, Brianna is deeply involved in the party scene as the owner of Jersey Backdrops LLC, where she creates stunning luxury event decor, including flower walls and balloon garlands, to elevate any event. Whether she's coordinating a wedding or designing a party backdrop, Brianna is always ready to make every celebration unforgettable.
